The Shipping costs are:
- Italy: Free shipping.
- Europe: Order amount less than 201€, shipping cost will be automatically calculated in the chekout step. Order amount bigger than 201€, free shipping.
- Rest of the World: Order amount less than 401€, shipping cost will be automatically calculated in the chekout step. Order amount bigger than 401€, free shipping. Please note that custom fees are on customers.
Delivery of the items For the delivery of the goods it is necessary that the customer, or a designated person, is present at the address indicated in the order form. Upon delivery the customer is required to check:
1) that the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the consignment note or invoice;
2) that the packaging is not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials. Any damage to the packaging and/or product or the mismatch in the number of boxes must be immediately notified, by placing a written “goods unchecked” note on the courier's proof of delivery.
Once the slip has been signed, the customer will not be able to make any objection about the appearance of the goods.
If RUNin2 is not able to deliver the goods ordered because these have become unavailable, even temporarily, we will promptly notify the customer via e-mail. The amount already paid by the customer will be refunded as soon as possible.
Order tracking When the goods are collected by the selected courier for delivery, RUNin2 automatically sends an e-mail notifying the customer.
The staff at RUNin2 is in charge of tracking the shipment and will inform the customer in case of any delays with the delivery.
Insurance The dispatched goods are insured for free against theft and accidental damage.
Upon delivery of the goods at destination, such insurance loses its validity.
Pre-ordered items Goods purchased with the pre-order option are sent to the customer as soon as they are delivered by the supplier to the warehouses of RUNin2. Within one day from the receipt of the goods, RUNin2 will dispatch them to the address provided by the customer. We would like to remind you that pre-orders are only processed after the goods are delivered by the supplier, no later than 6 months after the publication of the product on the RUNin2 website.
Shipping details Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are carried out by GLS Executive and are free.
Shipments to the EU are carried out by GLS EXECUTIVE, International shipments (non-EU) are made via FedEx (Federal Express). As required by laws governing trade, the goods are always accompanied by an official invoice stating the value in Euro of each article.
For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
Shipping date Orders received by RUNin2.com are dispatched from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed during the weekend are handled the following Monday. For orders placed by new customers, RUNin2 reserves the right to cross-check the company that issued the credit card and the customer's bank, in order to verify the truthfulness of the transaction and then proceed to deliver the ordered goods. Please note that during sales season, the handling time could last longer.
You must contact customercare@RUNin2.com with a written request to return the item (s) within 10 days from the date of delivery
The written request must include the Order and the Item Code Number(s) of the item(s) to be returned.
Once the written request is received, customercare@RUNin2.com will send you a written confirmation, RUNin2 will not accept unauthorized returns.
The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion.
The return of the unused item(s) must reach RUNin2 within 10 days of the written confirmation from customercare@RUNin2.com
All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection which is at the sole discretion of RUNin2 . If the returned item(s) does not pass re-entry inspection, RUNin2 will offer you the option to re-accept the item at your cost.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available within the next billing statement.
Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.
